On Sunday, 7 September 2025, TAQWA hosted a special Community Gathering at Rochedale Mosque.
The event brought together Palestinian families and supporters from across Brisbane to share food, friendship, and solidarity. It was a chance to strengthen bonds, support one another, and remind ourselves that we are stronger together.
The afternoon featured:
Shared meals and refreshments lovingly prepared by volunteers.
Children’s activities that created joy and connection for the younger generation.
Community discussions about resilience, future projects, and ways to stay involved.
